Brian Bailey Named New Executive Chef at Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe | Houston


MONTGOMERY, TX – Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe | Houston announced today that Brian Bailey has been named the new Executive Chef.

Brian joins the resort after spending time as executive chef at the JW Marriott Houston near the Galleria. His experience also includes serving in various culinary roles at the Marriott Marquis Houston, JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort and Spa, and Hotel Derek.

“I’m a big believer in the slow food movement and believe in using the best ingredients without manipulating them too much,” Brian said. “I’m a boy from Texas who’s spent time in Southeast Asia, so that influence is reflected in my cooking. I love BBQ and all things Texas and look forward to sharing that passion with guests at Margaritaville Lake Resort.
