Alpine Lake Resort in Terra Alta will be hosting a vaccination clinic for the greater Terra Alta community on Friday, April 22, between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the boathouse on the lake. This event is open to members of the Terra Alta community and all neighboring communities and is a service of the Preston County Health Department, who will be providing and managing the event.
The following Pfizer vaccines will be administered at the event: Dose 1 – for anyone age 12 and older who has not yet received a vaccine, a CDC card will be provided; Dose 2 – For anyone 12 years of age and older who received Dose 1 at least 3 weeks previously; The CDC map will be updated; Booster 1 – For anyone aged 12 and over who received the primary series at least 5 months ago. The CDC map will be updated; Booster 2 – For anyone aged 50 and over who received Booster 1 at least 4 months ago.
Vaccinations will be given by appointment only; walk-ins cannot be accommodated. Masks will be mandatory. Bring your CDC card for the update.
