Lake Shore Savings Renews Agreement to Sponsor Classic TRC Golf Event | News, Sports, Jobs

Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc., the holding company of Lake Shore Savings Bank, has renewed an agreement for Lake Shore Savings to be the presenting sponsor of the TRC Golf Classic for three years.

The TRC Golf Classic is the premier annual fundraising event for Filling the Gap Inc., a Jamestown-based non-profit organization that works with The Resource Center to support people with disabilities and other socio-economic challenges in Chautauqua County.

Lake Shore Savings has sponsored the TRC Golf Classic every year since the tournament began in 1997, and since 2012 has been the presenting sponsor of the event. One of Southwest New York’s most successful charity one-day golf tournaments, the TRC Golf Classic has grossed over $ 1.6 million since its debut in 1997.

Reininga, President and CEO. “Their individualized support services, including residential services, education and training opportunities, clinical services, including primary care, dental, podiatry, physical, speech and occupational therapy, a school clinic, health services mental health, employment services and community adjustment services benefit more than 8,000 people throughout Chautauqua County and make a significant difference in the lives of people with disabilities and other challenges. The valuable work of the Resource Center helps ensure that these people receive the support they need to achieve maximum independence while contributing to their community and experiencing growth and quality of life throughout their lives.
